How To Submit Your Video

If you don't want to watch the video here's the step by step guide:

  1. Go to Public Speaking Exercises page. The easiest way is click Practice Online on the Home Page menu.
  2. Choose which exercise you want to do, and then go to the page for that exercise by clicking on its link.
  3. Read the instructions for the exercise.
  4. Start filling out the form. It's right under the heading Tell Us About Your Video
  5. Go to You Tube and click on your video.
  6. Click on the word embed which is just under your video.
  7. Right click on the highlighted embed code and Copy the code.
  8. Go back to the form on no-fear-public-speaking.com and right click and then Paste the code into the Tell Us The Story Of Your Video box.
  9. Add a picture if you like by clicking the Browse button. That'll take you to your computer so you can find the picture you want to add.
  10. Enter your name and location if you want to.
  11. Check the box to show you're all good with the submission guidelines.
  12. Fill in the funny scribbly word in the box and then submit.
  13. You'll now be able to preview what your page will look like. You can change your words right from the preview page which is pretty cool.
  14. When you're happy with it, click on the check boxes and once you hit Set Notificationsyou're done!

Now just sit back and wait for the most constructive public speaking feedback in the world!
